Cyprus has two (2) airports:
- The Larnaca International Airport, which is located about 5km (3 miles) from Larnaca and 142 km (88 miles) from Paphos.

Ground Transport
Organised Coach Transfers
Pre-booked coach transfers are available for:
- Both ways transfers from/to Larnaca airport to/from VENUE hotel at a charge of 50 Euro per person.
- Both ways transfers from/to Paphos airport to/from VENUE hotel at a charge of 30 Euro per person.
This facility will be offered during and for arrivals on 16th, 17th and 18th of May 2011 and for departures on 21st and 22nd of May 2011. Please note that the price per person is charged for any transportation either for one way or both ways as long as they are done during the above stated dates.(you may book these transfers through the online registration form www.easyconferences.org)
After a careful consideration of all booking requests for coach transfers from/to the airport, the Organizing Committee has decided to arrange the following coach transfers:
From Larnaca airport to Coral Beach Hotel:

We hope that the above arrangement will satisfy almost all participants interested in coach transfers. In some cases some participants may have to wait for longer than two hours. In such cases participants can cancel their coach booking (with full refund), or the secretariat may try to accommodate them in a shared taxi transfer (if one materializes at a more convenient time).
Other interested participants may still book a place in any of the above coach transfers by amending their registration and adding this service online.
Airport arrival Coach Transfer to conference hotels:
Please note that coaches departing from the airport will first drop off people at the Coral Beach Hotel, then at Crown Resorts Horizon and finally at Cynthiana Beach Hotel.
Coach Transfer from conference hotels to departure airports:
Please note that coaches will pick up guests staying at Cynthiana Beach hotel first, secondly guests staying at Crown Resorts Horizon hotel and lastly those staying at Coral Beach Hotel.
Drop-off and pick-up times for each transfer will be publicized at a later stage.

Taxi and Car rental
All applicants may book their taxi or rental car during their Conference Registration through our on-line registration system www.easyconferences.org at the special prices we negotiated for you.
- From/to Larnaca International Airport to/from Hotel one way fare: 120 Euro
- From/to Paphos International Airport to/from Hotel one way fare: 50 Euro
Please note that it is very important to include your flight details (date and time of arrival) in your registration for all of the above and below choices of transportation.
Public Transportation
- Arriving at Larnaka International Airport:
Kindly note that at present there is no direct bus service from/to Larnaca Airport to Paphos.
Step 1 - Once you arrive at Larnaca airport, you can take the direct service to Limassol; handled by Limassol Airport Express coaches at the cost of 8 Euro (one way). You need to stop either at Terminal Point 1: Agios Athanasios or at Terminal Point 2: Ayios Georgios Chavouzas. Please visit their webpage for mor information: http://www.airportshuttlebus.eu.
Step 2 (a) - As soon as you reach Agios Georgios Chavouzas station, you can hop on the Intercity Buses (Green Buses) in order to reach Paphos town centre. Kindly note that this service does not operate frequently. Please visit their webpage for more information and drop off points: www.intercitybusescy.com
Step 2 (b) - Alternatively, for this leg you may choose to use the Travel& Express private mini bus service which can drop you off at Municipal Market. Please visit their webpage for more information www.travelexpress.com.cy. Note that this service operates from Monday to Saturday at 06:00 hrs and Sundays at 07:00 hrs and at intervals every half hour. Please note that you will need to get to their local offices since they do not provide pick-ups from the airports.
Step 3 - Finally, whether you will have followed step 2a or 2b; in order to get to Coral Beach hotels by bus, you must get at the central bus station: Municipal Market. Route 610 or 612 will make its final stop at Coral Bay area where all the allocated hotels are found. See the exact timetable at: www.pafosbuses.com/cyprus. Another option is to take a taxi from the Municipal Market to get to your hotel.
- Arriving at Paphos International Airport:
OSYPA Buses Route 612 will be running from Paphos Airport directly to Coral Bay. For the timetable and further info please visit: www.pafosbuses.com/cyprus.
Innercity Routes
