FIABCI Cyprus has hosted with great success, a Cocktail Party for its members and distinguished guests, last Wednesday, in Nicosia 30th March 2011, at Chateau Status Restaurant.

The event was honored by the presence of Mr Alexander Romanenko, from Russia (FIABCI President elect). Mr Alexander Romanenko will return back to Cyprus in May 2011 for his installation as FIABCI World President 2011-2012 accompanied by 70 Real Estate professionals.

Press Conference was successfully held at the Hilton Hotel in Nicosia

On the 29th of November a Press Conference was successfully held at the Hilton Hotel in Nicosia. The Cyprus Minister of Commerce, His Excellency Mr. Antonis Paschalides, was present and gave a speech endorsing the event fully. The Press conference was covered extensively by the local media and all Cyprus TV channels were present.

During the event, Mr. Dinos Michaelides, President of FIABCI Cyprus Chapter, gave a thorough account on what FIABCI is and what the World Congress means for both the association and the host country. All participants were greatly impressed and promised to cover fully all FIABCI activities relating to the World Congress.

Presentation to the Dutch Chapter for the Fiabci 62 World Congress.

The Dutch Chapter and its new chairman have welcomed Mr. Tasos Stavrou and Mr. Yiannis Antoniou (the Fiabci 62 World Congress Organizing Committee members) to their General Assembly. The two gentlemen made a presentation to all the Dutch chapter members regarding the Fiabci 62 World Congress which will take place in Paphos between the 16th and the 21st of May 2011.

All participants were extremely interested and are looking forward in participating in the 62nd FIABCI World Congress. Furthermore, since Cyprus is a favoured holiday destination many expressed the wish to prolong their stay after the Congress.
